Yes! Dr. Tech ships orders to all of Puerto Rico and the United States.

Do you offer technical support for products purchased at Dr. Tech?

Yes! Our team can assist with basic troubleshooting. If a product has a factory defect, we can guide you through the warranty claim process.

Do you offer repairs for damaged devices?

Currently, Dr. Tech does not offer repair services, but we can help guide you on manufacturer warranty claims.

Warranty & Returns

What is Dr. Tech’s warranty policy?

Most products purchased at Dr. Tech come with a 30-day in-store warranty for factory defects or software errors related to factory configuration. Some products have different warranty terms:

  • Electric Plants – 14-day in-store warranty, then covered by the manufacturer.
  • Computers, Laptops, Tablets, DJI Drones, Segway, and Nature’s Generator – See the specific warranty terms below.
  • Liquidation products – No warranty applies.

How does the warranty process work?

Customers must bring the product in good condition, along with the original box, all accessories, and the purchase receipt to any Dr. Tech location.

What is NOT covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use (water damage, electrical fluctuations, tampering, or modifications).
  • Accidental damage.
  • Liquidation products (sold as-is, no warranty).

What are the warranty terms for specific products?

The warranty terms vary depending on the product:

  • Most Equipment comes with a 30-day in-store warranty for factory defects or software issues. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
  • Electric Plants have a 14-day in-store warranty for factory defects. After 14 days, any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
  • DJI Drones & Segway products include a 14-day in-store warranty. Additionally, they come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering factory defects.
  • Nature’s Generator is covered by a 1-year in-store warranty for factory defects. After this period, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

For all warranty claims, the product must be returnedin good condition with the original box, accessories, and proof of purchase. Warranty coverage doesnotinclude damage caused by improper use, water exposure, electrical fluctuations, or accidents.

What is your refund policy?

Dr. Tech does not provide cash or credit card refunds. Instead, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer store credit valid for 6 months.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and in-store payment options.

Do you offer financing options?

At the moment, Dr. Tech does not offer financing, but we do accept various payment methods for flexibility.
