Warranty Policy:
All equipment purchased at Dr. Tech locations (excluding ELECTRIC PLANTS, COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, TABLETS, DJI DRONES, SEGWAY, and NATURE'S GENERATOR) includes a 30-day warranty for factory defects. This includes software issues related to factory configuration.
To honor the warranty, the customer must bring the equipment in good condition, with its original box and all included accessories.
The product must not show signs of damage from improper use (e.g., water damage, electrical fluctuations, alterations, or accidents).
After 30 days:
The manufacturer’s warranty applies, and any claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
Exceptions & Special Warranties:
Liquidation products: No warranty.
Extended warranties: Do not cover accidents.
Electric Plants:
14-day in-store warranty for factory defects.
After 14 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies, and claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
DJI Drones & Segway Equipment:
14-day in-store warranty for factory defects.
1-year manufacturer’s warranty for factory defects or software issues due to factory configuration.
Nature’s Generator:
1-year in-store warranty for factory defects.
The customer must bring the equipment, in good condition, with the receipt to any Dr. Tech location. The item will be transferred to our laboratory for inspection.
The product must not show signs of damage from improper use (e.g., water damage, electrical fluctuations, alterations, or accidents).
Return Policy:
No cash refunds or refunds via traditional credit card methods.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you will be issued a store credit valid for 6 months.
Delivery Policy:
Orders are shipped via Islandwide Express and are prepared within 1-2 business days.
Shipping with Islandwide Express typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive in Puerto Rico.
Please provide a physical address and phone number to ensure proper delivery.
Postal addresses are not accepted for Islandwide Express deliveries.
